We are excited and pleased to release our PS-4002FK motor.

 

Everyone has been waiting for an FK motor for sealed motor racing and Retro racing with a combination of tamper proof endbell/can and replaceable brushes with the same specs that everyone is using now. 

 

This motor is based on our FK-MK1 series of motors and features poly/neo magnets, 65 turns of 30 gauge wire, 15° timing, with clockwise rotation from the can side. The shafts are long enough for Comm Coolers and endbell drive if desired.

 

The enbells are glued on, the tabs are crimped, they are drilled and tapped,  screws installed can to endbell and our seals are used. These are the same specs as the current FK motors offered by other companies in this market place.

Introducing

The
"Boss 490"

 

The “BOSS 490” was designed for the bracket racer running a heavy weight, hard body car weighing 125g+. It was designed to use 10T pinions for better gear mesh and better short times and yet still use very little glue to launch. This motor has more torque and topend than the PS-101 and is perfect for heavy hard bodies. Tests in a 125g MM/PS with 10/60 gears and 1.060 x .500 tires yielded ET’s in the .880’s @ 65+ mph in the ¼ mile.


This motor comes blueprinted, a special “BOSS” armature and copper hardware installed. The dyno results say it all. This motor has standard .570 airgap and comes with our PS-121 BOSS armature. The set-up has been blue printed and copper hardware has been installed on the endbell

The “Velociraptor”

The Velociraptor was designed around our world leading Euro can. The magnets are high grade Neo that matches the shape and thickness of our standard Euro ceramic magnet. They were designed by and manufactured for Pro Slot. This means that ALL of our 4000 series Euro armatures will fit with no changes. This is the most powerful Euro setup currently made. The setups average gauss reading is “1800” putting them on par with G7 cobalt setups. What this means to you the racer is unbelievable torque in a small package.

PS-4017 Velociraptor “NEO” setup This setup has standard .540 airgap and comes with our PS-4011 modified endbell. It accepts any of our Euro armatures. This is the most powerful Euro MK1 setup currently made, gaussing 1800 points and producing incredible torque. Add $14.00 for double ball bearing
Velociraptor “NEO” magnets They are made to the same dimensions as our OEM Euro MK1 ceramic magnet. This means that they install in our standard Euro MK1 can with the stock magnet retaining clips and a drop of super glue. No epoxy or special tools neede $16.95
PS-4019 Velociraptor VF 12 “NEO” motor This motor uses the new PS-4017 “Neo” Euro MK1 setup with our PS-4012 Euro X-12 armature and includes Goldust brushes. PS-4022 Velociraptor VR 20 “NEO” Replacement Armature Machine wound G20 armature, .500 diameter, wound on our race proven Intruder blank. This armature is specially sized to fit the PS-4017 “NEO” Euro MK1 setup to provide the ideal airgap with no other modifications needed.
PS-4023 Velociraptor VR eXtreme “NEO” Replacement Armature Machine wound, eXtreme wind armature, .500 diameter, wound on our race proven Intruder blank. This armature is specially sized to fit the PS- 4017 “NEO” Euro MK1 setup to provide the ideal airgap with no other modifications needed. This the fastest machine wound armature available for the PS-4017 “NEO” MK1 setup.
PS-4024 Velociraptor VR Custom “NEO” Armature This is a custom hand wound all-out Topgun style armature featuring our EDM commutator, wound on our race proven Intruder blank.
